Bacolod one of the ‘Less’ expensive place to visit in the Philippines

  An online travel agency found out that in the Philippines, Bacolod City in Negros Occidental is one of the most cheapest tourist destination.

  The travel agency Agoda analyzed the average room rates of tourist destinations for April 2023, and after seeing the numbers, behold Bacolod has a cost average of P2,650.

  Don’t be fooled about the low room rate, the travel agency also noted that Bacolod or as we all know it as “The City of Smiles” is a culinary spot worth visiting. Making famous dishes such as Cansi, Piaya, and the all time favorite, Chicken Inasal.

  Bacolod is also among the top 5 cheapest tourist destinations within the Asia – Pacific region. 

  According to the company data the most affordable city  is Khon Kaen in Thailand with just an average room rate of over P1,600. 

  Completing the top 5 are Malaysia’s Sibu, Indonesia’s Surakarta, India’s Puri and rounding it off with Philippines’ Bacolod tied with Vietnam’s Ninh Binh.

  If you want to go to Japan then Chiba is right for you, with a whopping room rate of P3,755! Talk about cheap prices in Japan, am I right?

  While all these cities have cheap room rates, they do not lack tourist attractions. These cities have tons of gems to visit like Khon Kaen’s Night Market, Makuhari SeaSide Park and Disney Sea in Chiba.
